We are looking to hire a new employee a strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. You would be responsible for the financial and administrative functions of the business.
Manage and coordinate the administration and finance of employees, contractors, and projects
Hands on experience processing accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll, expenses, invoicing, reconciliation, and all other financial reporting
Onboard all new leads and set up the foundation for new projects
Provide direct support to Management and Sales teams
Ensure job costing is accurate with estimates and completed work
Coordinate channels of communication across all members of business to ensure the flow of money through client, retail, and vendor accounts.
Utilize provided software as an integrative tool for processing purchase orders, payments, estimates, invoices, payroll.
Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients
Take on other assignments as needed under the direction of management
Experience in an accounting or financial management role
Experience using technology such as apps and software as an everyday integration into their role
Experience with Quickbooks
Strong organizational skills + time management skills
Proficient in Excel, Project Management, Financial Directives
Strong administrative skills
