The opportunity:
We are looking for an intellectually curious, an enthusiastic and forward-thinking HR professional passionate about employee retention and engagement. Your first responsibilities will be to understand our business model and gain a deep understanding of our employee culture and different modus operandi throughout our 4 business functions in Qc. Our various employee population is fueled and motivated by different drivers; your detailed, focused and constant attention to them in everything that you do will allow KPMG to better help develop, understand, motivate and retain our teams.

You will showcase that you have an eye for understanding diverse talent pools of employees and use your previous demonstrated accomplishments in enhancing employee experience to help influence KPMG’s future growth strategy in Qc.
You will work collaboratively with KPMG’s national Employee experience team and your main goals will be to adapt, enhance and identify new retention initiatives that will have the utmost impact on our employee experience in Qc. Reports into the Head of HR for Qc and acts as key influencer in the KPMG Talent community and QC Leadership team.
