You will be joining the Rogers for Business team at an exciting stage of our digital transformation journey and will play an important role in shaping the digital experience for our customers. You do this by breaking through with innovative ideas while delivering against business objectives in an industry that is both growing and highly competitive. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital and Marketing Technology, you will drive the digital marketing journey strategy from click to conversion, ensuring that various tactics are working together to create a positive experience across all digital channels. This role combines strategy and cross-functional collaboration with execution, delivery, and measuring results that inform the next data-driven decision. You will work closely with many internal teams such as Digital/IT, Sales, Service and Marketing to understand their objectives, friction points and opportunities to create a best in class, customer experience digitally. What you will be doing: – Work closely with cross-functional teams to collaborate and deliver the customer journey through all stages of the marketing funnel – Ensure that all marketing tactics lead the customer through an engaging journey through multiple touchpoints, creating opportunities to capture user behaviour and insights – Identify and create digital marketing strategies to drive adoption and engagement of digital channels for eCommerce to drive revenue growth and adoption of self-serve tools to create operational efficiencies – Influence digital capability requirements, identify gaps and recommend enhancements that will drive deeper customer engagement in digital channels – Leverage data insights to optimize the inter-linking strategies across rogers.com/business guiding the customer from awareness to consideration stages – Create personalized experiences on the Rogers for Business website for specific customer segments that drive desired behaviours – Create a feedback loop between Sales, Marketing and Service that creates visibility of customer pain points and opportunities to drive desired outcomes What you bring to the role: – Experience working with user experience (UX) principles to create and drive desired behaviours across digital channels – Post-Secondary education in fields relating to Marketing, Digital Commerce or equivalent – 5+ years of managing digital marketing projects including customer experience, base customer management, Digital or eCommerce adoption with majority of time in B2B or customer-centric roles – Familiar with marketing technology platforms and digital tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Email Marketing – Understanding of performance analytics (ie: Google Analytics, Adobe), and able to turn data into insights through storytelling – Experience working with an existing customer base and familiar with customer metrics and KPI’s to mitigate and reduce churn risk – Act as the nexus among technical and non-technical stakeholders during day-to-day activities – Excellent time and project management skills, keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities – Thrives in a fast paced environment with a natural curiosity to explore and action new ideas While the Rogers for Business Head Office is in Toronto, ON this position is open to candidates in all work locations across Canada.
