Join us at Fraser Health as a Manager, Clinical Operations overseeing the Regional Colon Screening Program based out of the Support Services Facility in Langley. The BC Cancer Colon Screening Program is an organized population-based program aimed at reducing colon cancer incidence and mortality in BC.As a key member of the leadership team, you are responsible for managing and providing leadership within the clinical operations.

Build on your career experience as you:

•Manage resources through the development of operating and capital budgets, review of expenses. •Lead people to cultivate an environment that inspires engagement, innovation, individual and team achievements and the provision of safe, quality care. •Recruit new staff and provide mentorship with relevant feedback to team members through recognition and performance improvement to increase employee engagement and retention. •Act as an advocate for patients and their families. •Establish and maintain effective working relationships with medical staff and other internal and external partners. •Participate in planning of short and long term tactical clinical, operational service plans.

Here is what we would like you to have:

•Completion of an undergraduate degree in health sciences •Seven (7) years’ clinical experience, •Two (2) years in a leadership role.
