In turn, we offer an environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Our Salmon Arm office is looking for a Manager to join the Assurance & Accounting team and own the following responsibilities:Effectively plan, supervise and execute assurance and compilation engagementsReview assurance and compilation engagements to ensure that relevant professional standards and Firm policies are followedPerform Supervisory Tasks such as staff performance reviews, recruitment and effectively supervise staff. Provide coaching, mentoring, knowledge transfer, internal training delivery, and assignment of challenging workAddress Client issues in a timely manner, following BDO Policy and using your strong technical skills and accounting experiencePerform tax planning and tax review work for clientsManage billing functions in our client billing softwareHow do we define success for your role?
