Job Description
Matrex Window System Inc. is currently looking to add a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to our growing team. If you have a strong attention to detail and can work in a dynamic environment, then the Maintenance Mechanic position is perfect for you! Responsibilities
· Maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair all plant machines (CNC, Saw, Drill Press, etc.)
· Conduct preventative maintenance and repair all plant machinery
· Work in accordance of daily operational requirements
· Ensure machines are working properly and efficiently
· Research best practices for machine maintenance
· Learn CNC machine maintenance schedule
Qualifications
· Experience working with and maintaining CNC machines
· Must have understanding of how machines work and the ability to use hand tools and power tools and knowledge of electrical and air systems an asset
· Must be able to work independently and in a team
