We are seeking a High Rise Construction Manager to join our team! We build for and sell condos, we are not a GC or rental builder. You will oversee the project approval and planning process, scheduling, budgeting, permitting and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials pre, during and post construction
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable tenders
• Organize sales centers, assist with unit layouts and review of related end user purchaser sales documents

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or mid rise sales with another new condo builder, experience in new home low rise construction definitely an asset
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
