Also include other areas such asOneDrive, SharePoint and their respective securityIntune MDMAzure AD (P2)Microsoft TeamsResponsible for reviewing, recommending and implementing Microsoft best practices where applicable in the area of Office 365Responsible for managing Office 365 and license management and administrationProvide level II/III technical assistance and support for incoming requests and issues relating to desktops systems, software, network and hardwareResolve problems by executing Standard Operating Procedures and provide feedback and work towards the improvement of the proceduresManage and provide tier 2/3 support in Azure Cloud infrastructureDeploy and support required services in the cloud (new and existing)Promptly respond to IT incidents and restore services in a timely mannerPerform technical audits/review as needed and proposed recommendationsOther areas of responsibilitiesAzure role-based access managementAzure network and infrastructure and build managementOther specific projects/tasks as requiredSetting up users in Microsoft Dynamics 365Key Skills and Knowledge Required3+ years of experience in a Office 365 administrator roleBachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science or relevant industry experienceA strong understanding of the architecture, design, implementation and management of all aspects of Microsoft Office 365A good understanding of both on premise and cloud-based application services and technologies (Microsoft Azure platform)Deep knowledge of core Microsoft products such as Office 365Good understanding of TCP/IP, firewall, networking protocols, and security conceptsStrong communication skills that enable IT to partner with other members of our business units on new initiativesHave solid understanding of network services and interoperabilityAbility to work with customers in a professional, courteous, and helpful mannerStrong history of positive customer interaction and customer supportAbility to manage and prioritize multiple assignmentsStrong attention to detail and accuracyPositive attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlinesStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skillsAuto parts or an automotive background is an assetExperience in retail is a strong assetWhat we offerThis is a full-time position located at our Maple Ridge Head Office.
