Sprinter Emergency Transport Inc. is hiring for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Roles and Responsibilities- As a Logistics Coordinator, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

• Providing winning solutions and shipment costs to our Customers
• Dispatching of critical freight based on specific Clients requests
• Effectively communicating and coordinating shipments
• Providing best transportation solutions for our dedicated team and third-party logistics in accordance with set guidelines and Clients instructions
• Facilitating inquiry and problem resolution to Drivers, Flight Crew and Customers related to assigning and delivering loads
• Work in a computerized environment
• Setting up Cross-Border shipments with Customs (ACE/ACI)
• Providing financial details/information regarding shipment and collecting/organizing the necessary documentation for proper billing of Customers
• Sourcing, qualifying and adding carriers to the operation's platform
• Providing superior Customer service
• Providing support to fellow Sprinter Emergency Team Members
• Other duties that may brought forward by Customer and those that may be assigned and directed by the Employer

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English- read, write and speak
• Ability to multi task
• Computer literacy- proficient knowledge using different computer software
• Knowledge of executing Customs documents is an asset
• Previous experience in transportation industry is asset
