Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated and energetic Line Cooks who are passionate about food and are eager to learn the fine art of BBQ cooking from a seasoned professional. The ideal candidate is willing to work evenings and weekends and knows their way around a kitchen. Portion control, an eye for detail and an eagerness to learn and grow are essential.   • Maintaining SNB food and cleanliness standards to ensure consistency, managing food waste, inventory and labor cost
