Build on your career experience as you:

    •Provide project implementation and operational support for Clinical Informatics Services supporting Community clinical areas •Serve as a consultant participating on enterprise-wide projects, as assigned by the Portfolio Manager •Establish and lead clinical information systems projects by adhering to Fraser Health project management methodologies •Provide consulting services in the area of Clinical Informatics for the assigned Fraser Health clinical business areas •Analyze business process re-engineering concepts and methods, with respect to Health Informatics •Develop, implement, and maintain Health information systems and business practices pertaining to electronic Health information •Support the technical infrastructure to ensure required system availability for application users •Coordinates with partners and builds strong linkages within the Fraser Health organization and product vendors, acts as a key liaison between NTT & PHSA IT and clinical areas to facilitate requests, projects, upgrades, enhancements and resolve incidents •Maintains knowledge of current and new technologies to support both infrastructure and information systems.

Are you motivated to join us? We will be looking for you to have the following:

    •Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Science or Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. •Five (5) years recent related experience with business and systems analysis including project management experience. •Experience with an electronic health and corporate information systems preferred. •Including experience with health and corporate information systems.

Experience with the following is an asset to this role:
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

    •Procura/Procura Mobile, Goldcare and/or Pixalere back-end •Databases: MS SQL (database maintenance, performance measuring, writing ad-hoc queries) •System and security practices •Windows Server maintenance and troubleshooting in a highly secured environment •Mobile Device Management •Exceptional customer service (supporting users)
