Help grow and support an IT Change Management Portfolio with the opportunity to combine your expertise in IT Change Management Services, Process Design, Business Analysis and IT Service Management in a project-based environment.
Build on your career experience as you:
•Bring your demonstrable experience in performing specific IT Change Management-related activities to support day-to-day function of the IT Change Management Services area. Specific duties will include (but are not limited to) monitoring IT change requests to ensure adherence to existing and evolving process, assessing, analyzing & synthesizing various IT changes across a shared service environment, and developing and publishing communications related to IT Change Management services and associated projects. •Draw upon your experience working with external service providers and consumers (e.g. vendors) to liaise with FHA’s internal and external technical and business service provider to support other IT services. •Combine your thorough knowledge and considerable experience in IT Change Management to facilitate the design, development and implementation of FH Change Management practice and procedures as well as the development and distribution of metrics and reporting. •Use your understanding of the ITIL Service Management Lifecycle to support the overall maturation of IM Service Transition processes and the delivery of IT Service Management improvement projects.
Here is what we would like you to have:
•Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. •Five (5) years of recent, related experience with business and systems analysis, including experience as a project manager.
•Related experience with business and systems analysis, change and release management, and experience as a team lead in a large, complex organization preferred.
