We are looking for a results oriented self-starter with exceptional relationship building skills over the phone to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative.
• Solicit new business opportunities for our outside sales team
• Source and contact new leads
• Ensure pipeline is constantly filled with new business opportunities
• Use CRM software to track and record data
• Take ownership of generating additional business opportunities
• Leverage existing relationships
• Weekly progress report at sales meeting
• Engage in proactive business growth
• Report on metrics and progress at weekly sales meeting
• Some experience in prospecting and lead generation or in a call-center;
• Skilled in using different types of technology and databases/CRMs
• The ability to make a high volume of calls on a daily basis
• A track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets
• Proven communication and relationship building skills
• Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude
