Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and manage client accounts.
- Provide clients with 2D and 3D renderings
- Knowledge of plant materials is a must
- Knowledge of CAD or any other landscape design program a must
- Negotiate and coordinate contracts with clientele and vendor
- Quoting and estimating – Identifies labor, material, subtrades and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Designs- preparing a baseplan AutoCad drawing indicating property lines, the house and any existing features performing site visits to measure the client’s property and any existing feature
- Weekly meetings
- Jobsite support
- Any other duties as required
