-You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant Business or Health Sciences program. Or, you have exposure to our industry. You have worked in customer/client facing roles.
-You are a problem solver by nature, comfortable with basic computer software, and can quickly pick up tactile, practical skills using basic tools and machinery.
-You have outstanding oral and written communication skills. You can relate to people and build trust quickly. You thrive in a team environment, working with internal and external teams to drive business and satisfy our customers.
-You have a valid Class G driver's license and a clean driving record. Travel to client sites will be required; however, you will be provided with a company vehicle. You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
-We believe that knowing our products and being able to speak to clients knowledgeably is the path to success. In order to gain that in-depth knowledge you will take a hands on approach to receiving parts, stocking inventory, and building equipment. You will grow your skills to include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, processing invoices and using our computer system.
-Our sales teams work directly with our clients to select the custom mobility device that best suits their needs. You will shadow an experienced sales person, learning the way we interact with clients, the benefits of our mobility solutions, and understanding individualized needs – both physical and financial. You will assist with business proposals and quotes, understanding funding and insurance requirements.
-You will ensure that Motion is the top choice for mobility devices in the area by building relationships, keeping up with new products, and developing your knowledge of our equipment. You will continuously expand your network and create new relationships with Therapists, Caregivers, and other Healthcare facilities in our community.
