Reporting to the Regional District Manager, the Junior Environmental Professional will build and maintain positive client relationship focused on providing top quality service in a variety of environmental programs.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the coordination and execution of:Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments through to reclamation certificationSmall and large scale remediation and reclamation projectsGroundwater monitoring programsDetailed site assessments and vegetation management activities in forested, native prairie, cropland and peatland settingsPrepare detailed technical reports, work plans and cost estimatesImplement corporate and client safety programsEnsure that project requirements are met in a timely and effective mannerExperience1 to 3 years of relevant environmental consulting experience in the Oil and Gas sector.Strong vegetation identification and soil characterization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency inplanning and control of work in a multi-project, deadline-driven environmentAbility to develop strong working relationships with individuals from a variety of different backgroundsAble to prioritize work, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced, high volume team environmentProactive approach to problem solving with a strong ability to take initiativeMust have strong ability to influence and communicateProven ability to build relationships across various organizationsStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsEducationTechnical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science or related disciplineMust possess or be eligible for professional designationWhat We OfferFull insurance and benefitsCompetitive compensationWhy ClearStreamAt ClearStream, we work day-in and day-out, we help our customers bring resources to our world.
