Brief: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to enhance our team in our Calgary location. The Junior Customer Service Consultant is responsible for effectively communicating with our customers with a positive and professional attitude who will ensure a dedicated and impeccable customer service.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Job Duties: Remain knowledgeable of all current brands, products, pricing, and promotions. Act as the customer support contact for technical and business issues for accounts within assigned territories. Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships. Present TELUS home products and services to current and potential customers.
Essentials: You should be able to pass criminal background check successfully. You must be over the age of 18 and be able to work full time hours (Monday- Friday). 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a “customer facing” environment is an asset but not required as we provide FULL TRAINING!
