Scope: Reporting to the Manager, Sales for Amway Canada the primary responsibilities of the position are to: Serve as an advisor to new IBOs in the areas of business building, achievement tracking and awards Resolve potential qualification and tracking issues in alignment with the Sales and Marketing Plan. Be accountable to achieve results as corporately established under Global Sales guidelines. Utilize business acumen, decisive sound judgment and proficient decision-making processes to resolve outstanding issues. Requirements You will bring the following skills, attributes and experience to the position: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent in 3-5 years of relevant experience Prior progressively responsible experience in a Customer Service and/or Sales role, including a proven track record of using analytics and advising, guiding and informing people about a variety of customer service/sales related business issues Project/Program administration Presenting, documenting and providing timely information with a high level of accuracy in a usable format Effectively communicating and presenting complex issues and data (both verbally and written) to influence decisions and help others understand and translate it into actionable business insights Utilizing sound interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills to effectively communicate, inform and educate business partners A proven track record of impactful presentation skills and comfort to present to thousands of people Analyzing data and information to make sound decisions and recommendations in a timely manner in relative to a variety of award tracking and qualification issues Planning and organizing workload in line with changing business needs Collaborating and demonstrating a customer-centric focus in supporting IBO achievement of higher awards and incentives through proactive efforts to advise, guide and inform relative to issues related to the sales plan and sales incentive program A proficiency in MS Office Suites including Excel A valid passport and the ability to travel to the US is a must Bilingual; English/Spanish is a must Accommodation is available in all aspects of the recruitment process and provides accommodations for employees with disabilities.
