Job Description In order to provide additional coverage for our Buildings in Downtown London, we are seeking an energetic and motivated Part-Time Assistant Resident Manager Responsible for keeping entrance, common areas, sidewalks and roadways of property in a clean and safe condition. Handling resident relations, onsite and available to handle emergency situations. Duties: Walk the building Checking boiler room, and other areas and equipment Clean and vacuum front lobby, including mats Familiar with emergency procedures Responsible for ensuring elevator operation Resetting file alarm system Handling resident requests and problems with respect and in a polite professional manner. Record any unusual activity and be sure to complete the communication log Schedule: Two-weekend coverage per month (from Friday 5:00 pm until Monday 7:00 am, onsite and available in building at all times) Two nights coverage per month Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, cleaning, maintenance and administration required. Availability to work different schedules (weekdays and weekends) Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Good communication skills and be a people person with the ability to work independently. We offer a significant rent reduction and payment for extra activities and coverage.
