IT SPECIALIST – VTIGER SOFTWARE & MOBILE APP DESIGN

Our client is a Canadian-owned Insurance brokerage firm, offering Insurance and Investment products to individuals.

Only candidates who meet all of the requirements will be considered by the employer.

Must have Vtiger software experience and mobile app design experience. Employer requires a highly organized individual with advanced computer skills.

Candidate must be able to work in Canada.

LOCATION:

Newmarket – north of Toronto. This is an in office position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review, customize, enhance, and expand CRM using Vtiger software platform.

Train Advisors, staff, and Management on utilizing custom CRM.

Manage users, generate reports (including ad-hoc), ensure sufficient backups, acceptance testing, administer disaster recovery plans and create support documentation for maintenance procedures.

Design mobile apps.

Design quotation software.

Other projects as assigned

Troubleshoot end user hardware and software issues.

Analyze end user requirements and make recommendations.

Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have experience with Vtiger software.

Must have experience designing mobile apps.

Web design and coding experience would be an asset

Project management certification or related experience preferred

Ability to work well in a team environment and servicing IT users

Strong writing, troubleshooting and communication skills

Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong problem-solving skill

COMPENSATION:

Salary is commensurate with experience. up to $60,000 + annual bonus
