Entrepreneurial to our core, our team members are successfully ‘disrupting’ mid-market business practices.Key ResponsibilitiesWork collectively to define, plan and implement technology needsBecome an expert in the deployment, configuration and use of our core set of productivity, tax and accounting applicationsInstall and configure new systems according to best practices Provide technical support to team membersDevelop, implement, maintain and deliver on desktop support processesImplement and maintain desktop standards and policiesProvide technical support relating to desktop, laptop, printer/scanner configuration and mobile devices (iPhone and Android devices, Blackberry)Support team members with hardware and software issuesPerform data backup and recovery operationsThe ability to work overtime and travel are essential in this roleDeliver one on one and group training, both in person and via remote deliveryYour Skills and Experience Possess a 2-year community college Diploma in Technology at minimumTwo(2) years IT experience with similar responsibilities would be considered an assetA good understanding of microsoft Windows Server, TCPIP, Active DirectoryA good understanding of Windows Deployment ServicesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business and their related applicationsBasic understanding of Telephony systems and conceptsExperiencesupporting key applications such as TaxCycle, Caseware, QuickBooks, Sage 50 considered an assetUnderstanding of document management and knowledge management systems considered an assetExperience in project administration considered an assetBilingual (French and English) is an assetSome travel may be required to support other sites within regionMore than a paycheque, MNP delivers.
