The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of application procurement, development, support and maintenance for the IT environment. Responsibilities Manage a small team of support staff, responsible for the support of multiple applications, including the organizations CRM, peer-to-peer fundraising system, Intranet, HRIS applications (including payroll) business intelligence, and document management platforms, and others as they are acquired. Conduct employee performance appraisals. Oversee the ongoing training of individuals on various systems, including CRM, peer-to-peer platform and document management. Drive the overall Application Strategy and technology roadmap for the business applications, including finance, HR, back-office, etc. with a focus on cloud migration, by translating business needs into technical requirements and designs solutions that meet/exceed business expectations. Determine technical and architectural standards related to software platforms. Develop business cases for technology related investments. Plan and execute system implementation projects that achieve intended business benefits while minimizing the risk of business disruption. Oversee the daily operation and support of production systems through proactive monitoring, capacity analysis and root cause analysis to identify and implement changes that ensure continuous improvement. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrate knowledge of software development life cycle, which includes scoping, business process mapping, requirements development, software design/build, testing, data conversion, go-live and post go-live support. Oversee the cleanup of data within the existing systems to prepare for the implementation of a new system. Requirements University Degree / College Diploma (Related Field) 10+ years managing complex and high-profile IT projects
