Job requirements

  • Onboarding of the new customers and processing service change requests
  • L3 Troubleshooting of a variety of broadcast/video delivery/transcoding services
  • Assisting L2 in network and system troubleshooting of local and remote hardware
  • Leading technical support to internal users
  • Inventory tracking and fulfilling hardware orders and RMAs
  • Administration of phone/email system [G Suite] and Rogers corporate account
  • Project Management role for selected projects, participation in weekly calls with clients
  • Working as part of the team in testing and deployment of new IT solutions
  • Responsible for general systems administration tasks including system configuration management, OS installations, security updates, urgent system patching
  • Writes and implements scripts to automate tasks
  • Ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot hardware components that are problematic
