**What you need to know about this position:**
Support Gladstone Plant Finance Manager in:
+ Investigation reasons for cost variances across M&R, labour, waste, etc.
+ Development, design and implementation of improved processes governing cost controls in various areas of the plant
+ Preparation of revised forecast and annual budget for the plant.
Support FP&A team in:
+ Preparation of reporting and analysis for key month-end and forecast time periods
+ Coordinate inputs to presentation materials from cross functions
+ Automate reports and processes to enhance reporting time and improve output
+ Ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management
