Our Opportunity

As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to plan, coordinate and execute the design of a wide variety of civil/structural projects.You are capable of scoping, budgeting, designing and managing civil/structural projects such as bridges, roads, shalow foundations and structures. Duties include performing assessments/inspections; estimating project costs; preparing designs, drawings and specifications; preparing reports, proposals and contract documentation. Using your considerable organizational, communication and people skills, you will collaborate with multi-discipline teams to ensure projects are completed within allotted schedules and budgets, and to high quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in an engineering consulting environment
  • Must be registered(or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in the province of BC
  • Proven experience using Civil3D, S-Frame and Mathcad is an asset is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills(interpersonal and written) and proven ability to collaborate with team members in a multi-disciplined environment
