INSTRUCTOR, ADVANCED FOOT CAREFACULTY OF HEALTH AND COMMUNITY STUDIESThe Advanced Foot Care specialty certificate is a new program in the Faculty of Community & Health Studies at NorQuest College. An instructor of this program will be an individual who is passionate about teaching and a strong advocate for delivering safe, competent independent nursing foot care. This individual will bring relevant experience to the program as well as provide strong and innovative academic oversight. Please note that these are casual positions with opportunity to transition into a permanent role depending on student enrolment.QUALIFICATIONS:Certificate in Advanced Foot CareDegree in a Health-related field considered an assetActively practicing in an Advanced Foot Care settingActive licensure with CARNA or CLPNA in good standing3-5 years’ experience working in nursing fieldPrevious experience teaching or working in a post-secondary environment considered an assetDemonstrated expertise in a variety of teaching modalitiesProficiency with learning management systems and instructional designExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsSALARY:Commensurate with education and experience.
