This dynamic environment will provide the individual with a wide variety of technologies and solutions in a high-growth, global Network Automation company. The hours will be Monday – Friday for 30 hours a week, starting in December through the end of May.What You”ll DoYou will build and deploy Windows and Mac laptops for end usersYou will handle peripheral setup for end users (cube setup and breakdown)You will interaction with end users to troubleshoot IT issuesYou will create phone extensionsYou will create user accounts in Active DirectoryYou will manage and update equipment inventoryYou will create and update process, procedure, and technical documentationYou will maintain and improve the IT intranet siteYou will access control system changes (badge issuance, changes)Other tasks as assignedWho You AreYou are currently enrolled in an accredited Computer Science or Technology college program with course work related to the internship or general knowledge normally obtained through the completion of a college degreeYou have strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skillsYou have Strong documentation skillsYou are able to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as requiredYou absorb and retain information quicklyYou present ideas in user-friendly languageYou are highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detailYou possessproven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesYou effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highly dynamic, fast changing, and fluid work environmentYou have strong customer service orientationYou are experienced in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentYou have knowledge of basic computer hardwareYou are experienced with Windows 7/10; experience with macOS and Chromebooks a plusYou possess basic knowledge of office productivity applications (MS Office/Office 365, Google G Suite, Acrobat, etc.)You possess basic knowledge of TCP/IP and general networking a plus
