Job Description

Implementation Consultant
Due to continued growth we're hiring in our Sarnia Canada office! We empower new customers with proactive solutions and educational resources, while cultivating meaningful relationships, to ensure long-term success in growing their business and providing quality care to seniors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deliver an exceptional implementation experience to each new customer that results in an efficient transition process and a satisfied client with solid foundational knowledge of the product.

2. Provide in-depth, quality training to client staff via the appropriate channels (email, phone, webinars) to ensure adoption of best practices, positioning the product to best address the customer’s needs.

3. Define goals and deliverables that support the client’s business goals and ensure timely transition to the ClearCare platform.
4. Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders in order to ensure visibility on on-boarding status and issues. Provide equally effective phone and email communication to customers, coordinating regular status calls and other activities necessary to motivate and encourage client staff toward product adoption.

5. Track on-boarding milestones and deliverables.

6. Proactively identify potential issues and devise contingency plans.

7. Conduct classroom-style webinar training sessions.
8. Maintain expert technical knowledge of current ClearCare products and tools.
9. Maintain accurate, in-depth records of customer contacts, issues, and resolution using Salesforce.
10. Create client facing documentation of processes & procedures relating to ClearCare usage & features.
11. Travel to on-site customer visits to conduct in-person training on an as-needed basis.

*REQUIREMENTS:
1. 1-2 years of experience in software implementation, product support, or a similar role in a SaaS based organization or 1-2 years of experience in a home care administration setting utilizing ClearCare in daily operations.

2. Product Knowledge: Ability to demonstrate in-depth, functional ClearCare knowledge that can be applied to a broad range of business situations.
3. Project/Time Management: Ability to plan, organize, apply knowledge and techniques, and motivate others to execute multiple projects effectively, efficiently and simultaneously. Excellent ability to manage time and project priorities effectively.
4. Effective Communication: The ability to communicate ideas, concepts, dates, and issues clearly and appropriately.
5. Industry Knowledge: The ability to leverage functional knowledge of the home care industry to gain a customer’s confidence and ensure a successful transition.
