We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist to work with our sales, marketing, and development teams to help visualize and implement strategies, workflows, list management, integrations, and reporting to ensure that all of our marketing and sales activities are managed effectively within HubSpot.

You will help create the effective and efficient use of HubSpot within Gigit to achieve our business goals and connect our marketing and sales with our customers and products. We'll look to you as our internal HubSpot expert.

What you’ll do?

• Ensure that Gigit's use of HubSpot is optimized to meet our objectives for both marketing and sales
• Work with marketing, sales, and developers to integrate HubSpot into these various processes
• Help to create workflows for marketing communications such as email campaigns and lead nurturing
• Manage HubSpot list integrity including contact attributes and list pulling for specific communications
• Create HubSpot landing pages for various campaigns including form management and creation
• Help to manage the Gigit website on HubSpot including site updates and content changes
• Keep Gigit team appraised of new HubSpot features and functionality
• Attend relevant HubSpot meetings and maintain contact with HubSpot support 
• Make recommendations and contribute to marketing and sales planning discussions
• Generally monitor and administrate HubSpot and be the HubSpot "go to" for Gigit

What you’ll need

• 3-5 years of experience working with the full suite of HubSpot services (sales hub, marketing hub, services hub) and affiliated functionality and services
• A proven ability to use HubSpot effectively and effciently
• HubSpot training/certifications
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit to bring new ideas and lead efforts confidently
• Collaborative contributor who takes pride in quality deliverables and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work remotely and be a self-starter
• University degree
