Are you someone that will stand up for what isneeded?Then we want to hear from you!ClearStream is currently looking for an HSE Leadreporting to the Area Manager,with3-5 years’ experience as a lead safety advisor with dedicated full-time experience leading on-site HS&E in multiple industrial work locations. Ideally your experience would be withinForestry, Construction and/or the Oil & Gas industry.Thisis a permanent position in our Grande Prairie, AB location and we are only looking for local applicantscurrently.You must have the ability to travel within the Foothills region on a regular basis to various site locations.Whatyou’llbe doing:Review and update the company’s health and safety program and policies to continually improve the health and safety performance of the operation and business.Review and develop Safety Management Plans at all operating locations in the Foothills region.Liaises with Occupational Health & Safety and owners/clients as needed to endure cooperation and the maintenance of safe work environment.Support the Certificate of Recognition auditing program, COHR certification, internal and external audits,results,and distribution of corrective action plan, manage personaltraining.Provideleadership,coordination,and technicalexpertisein the areas of environment, health and safety and support the site in training and developmental requirements.Assistmanagement with incident investigation andreporting.Interpret and advise employees on compliance as it relates to OHS and companystandards.Assistwith incident investigations to ensure causeand corrective actions addressprevention.We’dlove to hear from you if you:Professional certification or training in Occupational Health and Safety, supplemented by certification as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation.Knowledge/experience with HS&E Management Systems and audit toolsincluding:Alberta Partnerships, Certificate of Recognition (COR).Haveexperiencerunning safetyprograms.Have experience with injurymanagement.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and jobfunctions.Demonstrated computer competency with Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with WCB claims management, ISNetworld and A&D procedures are an asset.What we offer:Health coverage for you and your familyCompetitive compensationOther details:This position has beenidentifiedas a safety sensitive position and will require completion of a drug and alcohol testing. Candidates shortlisted will require to completethe Pro.filePeopleSurvey;   The purpose of thePro.filePeople Survey tool is toassistClearStream in understanding the behaviors of individuals with theobjectiveof supporting the best use of their strengths,abilities,and potential.Why ClearStreamClearStream is theclear choicefor rewarding opportunities and challenging careers.
