Job Description

We are looking for a Google Search Engine Marketing Specialist (SEM) to join our company. You will be responsible for managing online/digital projects under the direction of the Manager. The position is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of digital initiatives to support marketing strategies and priorities.


  • Schedule online ad campaigns for clients while liaising with their respective representative, and ensuring ads meet requirements
  • Work with clientele directly to assist with sales inquiries, provide information about the clients account, get information about client ad campaign requirements and targeting information, perform updates, and communicate outcomes
  • Analyze data sets to identify key information and outcomes for clients
  • Monitor the performance of active campaigns to ensure they are delivering results, and if not, communicating with the Manager to resolve issues
  • Create reports that summarize ad campaign outcomes, and provide recommendations based on the data for our clientele Please submit your resume, we require only 1 position to be filled at the moment.


  • Google Ads Certificates/Google Ads Interface Experience – Pass Fundamentals/Search/Display/Video and Mobile Exam
  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) role
  • Experience with Paid Advertising (PPC ads, Google, Yahoo/Bing, Facebook ads, Remarketing, Display Ads, Conversions Tracking)
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, SEM and social media
  • Strong interest in lead generation
  • Keyword Research & Keyword Strategies
  • Experience with digital reporting, tracking and analytics, i.e. email, online media, advertising
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a small to mid-sized company
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team
  • Intense attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Diploma, certification or degree in marketing/online/digital marketing/new media
