Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Responsible for the financial success of the store, ensure it is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed 
  • Provide critical leadership for Customer Experience Managers and Customer Experience Representatives 
  • Develop the overall vision, business plan and sales objectives of the store.
  • Influence stakeholders and build lasting relationships based on trust, integrity and respect
  • Attract, hire, retain and develop talented and passionate employees and develop succession plans
  • Maintain performance management records and ensure fairness and consistency of approach and administration
  • Accountable to the Regional Director for the profitability of the store
  • Maximize sales and profitability by soliciting, identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth
  • Launch and evaluate new programs and initiatives that impact business performance
  • Ensure the store is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed
  • Maintain performance management records 
  • Engage and inspire our customers on the floor
  • Leverage our product to tell stories
  • Add joy to our customers’ lives
  • Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ year of management or leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others
  • 5+ years of retail or services sector experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets 
  • Passionate
