We provide risk management solutions for our clients with a team of security professionals, which are highly experienced & qualified.GardaWorld is currently hiring a Client Service Manager for our Security Services business line. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of all issues in your assigned account portfolio with a focus on delivering a high level of service. You will be liaison for clients, GardaWorld team memers and internal operations and act as the primary point of contact for client service, employee performance and incident esclation. We are looking for security professionals who are passionate about the industry and looking for an opportunity to develop their careers with a leading organization!Client Service Manager duties will include:Maximizing customer retention by driving and ensuring customer satisfactionValidating corrective action for complaints, responding to escalated inquiries/requests quickly and professionally, while adding value at every opportunity, while documenting in accordance with corporate policyDeveloping intimate familiarity with customer culture, requirements and day to day operationsEnsuring customer expectations and contractual requirements are translated into operating instructions, including Standing OrdersFacilitating activities related to new account start-ups and closeoutsEnsuring and documenting that each site is fully staffed with trained, equipped and motivated personnel who can routinely execute on the customer s mandate, as well as the company s contractual obligationsDriving corrective action and organizational engagement on any site specific operational or disservice issue, per requirements under our corporate standardsAt large sites, directly managing assigned Account Directors or Site Supervisors, and providing performance management and career developmentFacilitating essential personnel management for staff and non-supervised accounts including evaluation of field staffCompleting requisitions, logs, reports, and associated documentation per our corporate processOverseeing internal transfers of current guards within the portfolioReviewing reports applicable to the business including overtime reports, account requirements, staffing updates, licence status to manage portfoliosCompleting Standing Orders, Site Hazard Assessments, and ensuring client files are updated annuallyEnsuring site operations are conducted with prescribed GardaWorld Professional Standards through regularly scheduled site visitsCoordinating with union representatives on personnel related matters as requiredAccount Manager Qualfications:Previous professional experience in the Security industry is a definite assetPost secondary education in a Security related field is an assetCertified Protection Professional (CPP) or other relevant designations are a definite assetExcellent communication skills written and verbalStrong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work outside of regular business hours to meet business demandsAbility to travel to designated sites to meet with clients and field staff, as well as report to the respective branch offices.Interested in the Client Service Manager role at GardaWorld?
