I Own and Operate a growing painting company based in the Muskoka Region (Canada) that is looking to hire painters to complete projects for the summer of 2021!
The position includes:
- Full-time hours
- Autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay
Payment Structure:
- We offer a base rate ranging from $15-20+ /hour
- High-performance bonuses available
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall completion of projects.
- Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owners
- Manage day to day project tasks for properly providing services to clients
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a vehicle
- Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to paint/stain projects with a high level of quality
- Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable
