As an integral part of our team, the Sales Representative will be the main point of contact, as well as an "expert" on the procedures we use. We are looking for someone who is a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills, industry experience, and can work both in a team environment and alone with minimal supervision.

Your main role will be to manage existing users and accounts while also encouraging and supporting current users to increase their use of the product. As Sales Representative, you will be expected to provide feedback to management on how the products are being affected by local market conditions and think strategically about how to improve sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Infield interaction and phone conversations with potential and established customers daily
  • Managing the day-to-day responsibilities of an independent sales executive to generate new customers in an assigned high-volume territory
  • Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome customer objections
  • Ability to find and position each customer’s unique value proposition to satisfy their long-term needs
  • Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers
  • Build and nurture relationships with fellow colleagues, while building and leading a team!

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1-year experience managing multiple customers and/or accounts preferred but not required as we provide FULL TRAINING!
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with current customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and identify market trends, changes, and implications, develop objectives, strategies, etc.
  • Ability to maintain calm and diplomatic in dispute resolution situations
  • Autonomous, self-driven, and a team player
  • Willingness to travel daily within the region

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must pass criminal record check

Must be available to work full-time hours (M-F)

Must be currently residing in Burnaby or surrounding cities
