Steps away from the main public transit stationWhat we offer:Highly competitive compensation package which includes, base salary, bonus, benefits, and career advancement opportunities!*Eligibility for benefits is dependent on the terms of employmentThe :The Administrator is responsible for obtaining, scanning, reviewing and processing solicitor final reports primarily for QC, as well as, other provinces.Follow 120 day follow up procedure in order to obtain final report package from solicitorEnsure registered documents are correct and request amendments as necessaryUpdate TD Merlin with Final Report and Registration detailsEnsure workflow on Merlin is up to date and update a minimum of 80-100 files per dayScan documentation from solicitors and/or branches to Merlin and update Workflow accordinglyLiaise with FCT for transfer of mortgage and refinance Final Report documentsReport outstanding final reports to TD Legal Department at 120 daysAssist with French/English translations or communicationsComplete special projects as assigned by ManagementThe Needed:Post secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferredPrevious administrative experience an assetStrong attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi- taskDemonstrated ability to work quickly and in a timely mannerDemonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periodsDemonstrated ability to contribute and meet team goals and objectivesWhy join First National?
