To learn more about who we are, visit www.Fcl.Crs.What you’ll do:You will coordinate the delivery of orders to the existing propane customer base while ensuring compliance with National Safety Code standards, FCL policy and procedures and other transportation regulations. You will also be responsible for the tracking of operational results to ensure monthly and annual budget targets are achieved for current customer base sales, margins and expenses. Positive leadership, guidance and supervision to all driver sales personnel is also essential to ensure that all deliveries are made efficiently and safely.Propane Distribution and Customer Service: You will track and assist in the coordination of the distribution and supply of bulk propane to existing customers ensuring that it is done in an efficient, and cost-effective manner while providing a consistently high level of customer service to Local Co-ops and FCL Direct accounts. This is achieved by:Focusing on load optimization, and monitoring and tracking delivery routes daily.Ensuring that the preventive maintenance program is being performed on each delivery unit and all required inspections are completed and documented in departments filing system.Daily collaboration with the Co-op Refinery Complex and 3rd party Transporters to ensure sufficient product is allocated and delivered in a timely manner. This is achieved by maintaining the Allocation Worksheets in a timely manner.Ensuring all inquiries from existing customers or concerns regarding deliveries are resolved and handled in an efficient and timely manner.Operationalization of Safety and Compliance Programs: You will ensure all driver personnel have received adequate training to perform their duties conforming to the Departments Safety Program and all industry safety procedures, policies and regulations are followed and fully documented. Including:On an ongoing basis, track and monitor indicators related to safety and compliance including: ensuring sign offs are complete (and filed), monitoring hours of service, near miss reports, fleet and site inspections, HSE audits, and Instruct and assist Drivers in the completion of daily FLHA, Truck Inspections (Pre & Post); Remote Shutdown Tests and TDG Manifest to ensure full engagement and 100% compliance.Ensure all Near Miss and Incident Investigations processes/reports are completed. Ensure that any follow through of Corrective Actions that involve direct reports have been completed. Ensure that any and all management of incidents/Near Misses which may include Injury and return to work processes provided by HR and HSE are followed and managed accordingly.Supervision: Supervise guide and direct all driver personnel on a day-to-day basis. Experience in the Ag and/or Petroleum Industries industry is an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).Minimum 3A license required.
