We are looking for a leader to further develop Fraser Health’s exceptional culture, teams and individuals. Our Employee Experience team has an opportunity for you to shine as an Executive Director of Leadership & Organizational Development.

As a top-tier executive you will use your knowledge of organizational, team and people development to drive cultural transformation within Fraser Health.

Key areas of your involvement include:
•Membership in the Employee Experience senior leadership team. •Provides leadership over the culture transformation team, organization development team, people development team and talent development team. •Works closely with members of the Senior Executive team and supports leaders in both corporate and clinical areas. •Takes a leadership role in improving our people’s experience of supporting and providing care and continuously looks for new ways to take care of those who take care of others. •Shares learned insight for culture transformation and organizational renewal in all areas of our organization. •Implement strategies that create an environment to enhance key initiatives related to People & Culture.

What are we looking for you to bring to this role:

    •A Master’s Degree in Organization Behaviour, Adult Learning or other applicable programs •Fifteen (15) years experience leading strategic organization development initiatives in a large organization
