– The ideal candidate MUST have minimum of 5 years (banquet) experience, — with high volume experience! — Red Seal Certification and Food Handlers Certificate.
– Restaurant offers diverse menu, mostly Italian inspired cuisine, from casual to Luxury Fine Dining !
– Looking for a STRONG Leader with proven work stability and vision, strong family values, flexible and willing to help grow the business through passion for quality dining experience !
– Will be responsible for supervision of Sous Chefs and other staff members!
