Your focus will be on leading your team to deliver quality food production, appropriate menu design and food and labour cost management.lead, motivate and supervise a team of engaged employeesensure that all food service standards and quality requirements are met or exceededOversee menu planning, ordering and inventory controlsSupervise all aspects of catering managementAt times, be hands on with food preparation and serving when needed.Participate in weekly financial reportingEnsure Health & Safety regulations are followedEnsure operation’s level of profitability and client satisfactionDeliver on all corporate marketing & promotional plans.Ongoing training and development of employeesThree+ years of management experience in a fastpaced food service operationRed Seal or Chef”s papers requiredClean background check requiredstrong communication & supervisory skillsgood knowledge of Corporate marketing & promotionalprogramsgood computer knowledge (MS WORD and Excel)experience in menu costing, menu planning and foodpreparationServSafe training an assetHealth & Safety Certification an assetdemonstrates strong financial/analytical abilitiesPlease note all candidates considered for hire will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check.
