We are growing, innovating, and it’s our great people that make it fun to come to work every day.SPUD.CAis looking for a full-time, permanentExecutive Assistantfor ourSouth Burnaby, BC head office (105 5566 Trapp Avenue).The Executive Assistant will support the CEO by performing a variety of administrative, coordinative, and project-based duties.Provide organisational support.Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interacting with employees, clients, and other members of the public.Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.Prepare internal and external corporate documents.Provide recommendations and advice as appropriate.Produce reports and/or presentations.Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.Additional duties, tasks and projects as assigned.Minimum of five years experience providing support directly to an executive member.University degree is preferred.Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.Strong verbal and written English language communication skills.Ability to be a self-starter and manage multiple priorities, projects, tasks and responsibilities, while maintaining a sense of urgency.Advanced Microsoft Office understanding and abilities.Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism.An annual salary based on experience, paid bi-weekly.Join now and receive an initial $250.00 of SPUD credit, and another $250.00 of SPUD credit after six months of employment ($500.00 total)Must have a valid SPUD.ca account and be employed at the time of the credit administration (processed monthly)20% discount on all of our products on spud.ca.Extended Health Care Benefits (effective the first of the month after 90 days) including: massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopath, physiotherapy, psychologist, chiropractor, 80% dental and prescriptions covered, life insurance, travel insurance, discounted eye exam- and more!
