B to C connections is an expending promotional marketing and management firm in Moncton, NB. We are hired by numerous companies to promote & sell their products in various retail stores. We are in the process of expanding our team across the Maritimes and we are currently seeking new candidates, who are self-motivated & looking for an exciting career to advance through our management training program. This is an entry level position with a possibility of growth towards leadership and assistant managers positions.

Event Marketing/ Management
Learning how to run and manage our clients promotional events
Build product & brand knowledge of each featured company being promoted at each event.
Educate new employees of product/service requirements
Maintain relationships with customers, marketing/advertising clients, and co-workers
Be highly involved in team management, coaching/ training and developing the next generation
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in direct customer service/sales is an asset
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Ability to represent a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanour to customers and fellow team members
