The right candidate will be entered into our MIT (Manager in training program) and fast tracked through a senior manager program, as we need to fill these positions in our new offices.

Responsibilities:

• First you must learn our specific organizational practices and systems
• Accentuate your abilities by getting to really tailor your position to your self.
• Supervise and operate the HR department, and hiring/recruiting set up
• Spread the word about the organization and our partners
• Production management
• Create sales targets and goals, and help your team break records
• Lead from the front
• Work in a team environment creating diversity and fun

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is important, but not necessarily management.
• We hire based on individual personality, work ethic and attributes, not strictly your background
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• PUNCTUAL
• Strong work ethic
