Permission To Sell Consulting Group is proud to partner with another amazing client to support the recruitment of a remote, relationship-building rockstar to fill the role of Enrollment Specialist on their growing team. Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Director, the Enrollment Specialist is responsible for initiating, managing, and fostering relationships with our partners prospective clients. Our primary goal is to ensure we are helping the right people. Once qualification is established, it is our responsibility to do everything in our power to show and guide them to taking advantage of the opportunity that could change their life and/or business. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can guide prospects through their concerns and questions, and be comfortable digging into a prospects true, potentially personal concerns, fears, and resistance. Make no mistake, this is a sales role, and as such comes with high-performance expectations, an attractive uncapped commission-based compensation plan, and industry-leading training to ensure youre always getting better. Requirements Hard Skills: Education or experience in Business and/or Finance would be an asset; Proven track record in Sales & Client Management roles; Ability to use Video Conferencing program (ex: Zoom) to attend, record, and save client calls; and Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other Cloud Computing skills.
