As an Engineering Manager, you will be expected to managing the process engineering department staff and projects. Below are some details about this specific position:

Job Details:
*Accountable for planning and completion of the process development projects
*Design and development of manufacturing process, documentation and equipment
*Implementing new and changed products into manufacturing
*Leading a team of engineers, technicians and technologists
*Review and update manufacturing methods conduct time studies
*Utilizing continuous improvement practices to enhance and refine processes

The ideal candidate will have:
*Completion of a Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent
*3-5 years Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering experience in a low volume, high-mix manufacturing environment
*Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
*Experience in lean manufacturing-Six Sigma or other related certifications or coursework a plus.
*Good knowledge of ERP software, BOM structures, routings, Engineering Change process and Non-conforming process.
*Strong computer skills
*Managerial Experience
*Good Oral and Written Communication
