STAR FORCE INC. is currently hiring Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist for our client located in the North York area. Excellent opportunity for someone looking for a full-time job.

In this role as Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist you will provide our customers with a great experience that keeps them shopping with us! Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work as part of a team to help customers via telephone or email, and to ensure any issues are resolved accurately and quickly.

What you will do in this role…

Be a smooth operator

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone or email in a friendly, timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues, from billing & shipping issues to helping customers to navigate the website
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information
  • Research product information and website to stay informed and to assist in your customer interactions

Be part of a team that wants to win

  • Be friendly, professional and solution-focused with every customer interaction
  • Provide wardrobe solutions by offering coordinating items or other wardrobe essentials
  • Be a team player by looking out for your colleagues, and helping whenever you can
  • Provide support to management & the customer service department

And your qualifications include…

  • Ideally 2+ years in a similar role with selling experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Awesome organizational & interpersonal skills, especially phone etiquette
  • Le francais! It would be a great asset to be fluent in English and French, verbal & written
