Job Description

Location: Pointe-aux-Trembles, QC, Canada
Duration: 2 Months

Our Company is looking for a Document Control Person who will work at one of our locations located in Pointe-Aux-Trembles. The term of office is 2 months, from March to May. 


  • Diploma in secretarial or archiving
  • Knowledge of Aconex and SharePoint would be an asset;
  • Ability to work quickly and in a project atmosphere;
  • Communications in French and English.


  • Maintain document control policies, procedures and work instructions;
  • Maintain electronic project documentation systems;
  • Perform administrative and supervisory tasks necessary for the operation of the document control center;
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure that operational and procedural issues are dealt with in a timely manner;
  • Define, support and enforce specific standards and working practices to enable effective project collaboration including accessibility of data, documents, and systems;
  • Respond to questions from users of the documentary system;
  • Respond to questions from customers, independent certifiers, subcontractors;
  • Follow up with the designer, the shop drawing subcontractor and manage the process in Aconex with workflows and ensure that the procedures in place are followed;
  • Meet with the different project groups to follow up on business process planning tasks with Aconex;
  • Make sure to write and produce the procedures necessary for the project according to what is required in the contract;
  • Ensure that each entity of the project works correctly on the platform;
  • Follow up with all departments to monitor the registry protocol;
  • Ensure that monthly deliverables are submitted;
