While we deliver engagements in the areas of expertise listed above, we are particularly interested currently in candidates who bring generalist management consulting experience with expertise in either Applications, Applications/Solution Architecture, and Applications Strategy, or Infrastructure, Infrastructure/Solution Architecture, and Infrastructure Strategy. In the public sector specifically, many clients are thinking through how to modernize the applications or infrastructure that drive or underpin their major programs, and do so in a thoughtful, technically progressive, risk managed way. To support these kinds of engagements, were looking for a candidate who can fulfill a role Significant public sector experience in Canada Experience providing sales support to Partners to continue to build the business Experience managing large, complex advisory engagements and supporting a team approach to engagement delivery Solution architecture experience including application and/or infrastructure and data to develop conceptual target state architectures in both on-premise and cloud environments Solid technical capabilities coupled with the ability to clearly communicate the business value and bottom-line impacts of technology decisions to a non-technical audience in written and oral form A passion for client service and excellence in delivery that includes attention to detail, ability to prioritize and leverage a team Application overhaul and modernization experience including options analysis, cloud readiness and architecture, infrastructure strategy, and solution migration and transition in a public sector context Leading-edge technologies knowledge that can drive application design such as mobile, software and platform as a service, continuous availability, and service-oriented architecture/APIs Prior application/software development experience across the software development life cycle (requirements, development, implementation, testing, deployment) including agile and waterfall methodologies, and product management, preferred Prior application support experience including release management, governance and/or change management, preferred Canadian Federal and/or Provincial Government security clearance DESIRED TRAITS A No Limits mindset An ability to work with our municipal, provincial, and federal government clients to identify and solve the most critical business problems, bringing a mix of client engagement, sales and marketing acumen An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal An unwavering commitment to the success of a team, and willingness to be accountable.
