This includes associates, guests and partner relationships, quality and Omni brand standards adherence, as well as developing and maintaining established financial targets.Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior hospitality leadership rolePost-secondary degree or equivalent educationPrevious operational background in Rooms and Food and BeverageExperience working in a unionized environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to positively lead a teamEntrepreneurial self-starter that can work independantly, setting goals, targets and providing strategic directionAbility to work within set timelines and under pressureStrong analytical skillsAptitiude to evaluate, analyze complex activities and/or information in order to develop or implement new practicesFlexibility of work schedules.
