Our mining client is looking to add a DOF to their team. This role requires a CPA with relevant experience out of the mining industry. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:- Consolidated financial statements- MD&A- Board presentations- External filings- Oversee the monthly, quarterly and year-end financials- Execution of the Company’s SOX- Oversee treasury and Accounts Payable- Assist in tax planningThis company is fast paced, offers growth, mentoring and amazing benefits.
